RHODIOLA ROSEA is a plant rich in unique, natural, active substances supporting the body’s homeostasis, enhancing resistance to stress, exhaustion and fatigue. Salidroside are these active substances that are responsible for the long-lasting effects of Rhadiola rosea. Its extract improves non-specific resistance to stress by increasing serotonin concentration and limiting excessive secretion of corticotropin.

L-THEANINE is a nonprotein amino acid which occurs in green tea. It helps to reduce anxiety-related behaviour as well as improves cognitive functions. It also has neuroprotective properties and shows a soothing effect which results in relaxation. It also helps  to maintain the adequate concentration of GABA, serotonin and dopamine in brain.
